# Refund Policy

## RETURNS

At Fearxwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within **7 days** of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused and in original condition
* Item must be in original packaging
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns for:

* Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
* Items returned after 7 days
* Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

## EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are:

* Defective
* Damaged
* Wrong size sent by us

To request an exchange, contact us with:

* Order number
* Product photo
* Issue description

## REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

* We will notify you about approval or rejection
* If approved, refund will be processed within **5-7 working days**
* Refund will be issued to the original payment method

## LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your bank/payment provider
3. Processing time may take a few days

## SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

* Wrong item was sent
* Damaged item received

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

## NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
    * Worn clothing
    * Customized items

 

Note: Sale items with 30% or more discount, cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded
